Successfully digitised a manual process

With alphaflow we successfully digitised what was previously a very manual process. The difference is clearly noticeable: what used to be cumbersome, error-prone and time-intensive now runs much more structured, transparent and efficiently.

During the pandemic we were looking for a digital solution for our incoming invoice process and contract management, and we came across alphaflow. It quickly became clear that the tool would make daily work significantly easier. After discussing our existing and desired processes with alphaflow, our requirements were implemented in a very short time. After a test phase we went live with the contract management. We have saved a considerable amount of working time and now have our contracts not only digitally documented but also have deadline management for cancellation options and contract expiry dates well under control. If changes are needed over time, the alphaflow team is available at short notice and implements them very quickly. All in all an excellent solution with a reliable partner!
